During this webinar you will examine five history-focused learning activities that engage undergraduate nursing students in critical analysis of public health challenges and responses. Details of the activity, primary and secondary historical sources used, and assessment methods will be shared. The Domain 3 Population Health entry-level sub-competencies in the 2021 AACN Essentials that align with
the learning activities will be identified and ways to alter the learning activities for use in graduate curricula for student achievement of advanced-level sub-competencies will be discussed.
