UVA School of Nursing Research Awards

The UVA Bjoring Center for Nursing Historical Inquiry invites applications for two separate awards related to the history of nurse practitioners. This year, we are pleased to offer expanded opportunities for individuals interested in either research or preservation projects. Each award provides up to $5,000 of support and we encourage submissions from students, faculty, nurse practitioners, archivists and researchers in nursing, health care, or a related field. The deadline for proposals is July 1, 2024.
